Support is the short form for Technical Support.
The Support team is mainly focused on providing technical help to users such as partners and users with a premium support contract.
Responsibilities
Some of Support responsibilities are:
- Interface to users concerning technical problems.
- Handling of first level support requests.
- Management of problem tickets and functionality requests.
- Monitoring and escalating community technical problems to Dev and other teams.
Service response
Boxxd supplies software which can be used “as is”.
Due to the finite available resources i.e. personal capacity, Support can only handle a certain amount of tickets and we are sorry to say that priority can only be given to those users with a premium support contract.
